Online Yin Yoga Classes

Monday evenings at 9pm CET.

Yin Yoga consists of long passively held postures keeping muscles soft and relaxed so we can release deep layers of connective tissue/ fascia surrounding the joints.

It uses gentle application of tension and compression to the body which induces a healthy phase change in the tissue.

The benefits tend to be 3-fold:

–          Physically it enhances the natural motion of the joints, creating more ease.

–          Energetically it enhances qi (prana/ life force) in the tissues around the joints, where energy often stagnates.

–          Mentally, it conditions us to stay with discomfort.  Marrying meditation and asana into a very deep practice.
